After this, you will view a padlock icon in the lower right side of the browser. You just have to double click on it. Now, you should click on the Details tab. 2: Install Trusted Root Certificate:
To install this Certificate, you should go to the Certificate dialog box, and then click on Install Certificate. After this, you should click on the Next button to continue the procedure. Then, you should select the Place all certificate in the following store check box. Now, you should click on the Browse button. Here, you have to click on the Trusted Root Certification Authorities, and then just click on OK button. At this point, just click on the Next button for the continuation of the process. At last, you should click on Finish and OK button.
3: Remove 3rd Party Add-ins:
To solve the issue, you should start the Outlook client in safe mode. After this, you should click on Start button and then click on Run option. Now, you should type outlook.exe /safe and tap on Enter key. If in case, the Outlook client starts in safe mode without any kind of problems, then this means the issue is related to the third-party add-ins which you use. It will be difficult to find the defected 3rd Party Add-ins. So, before you delete, you should try to disable them one by one.
