“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ MSIServer”

Now you should check the “Data” for a value named “ImagePath”. Here you should be sure that it contains the folders and file name of the “msiexec.exe” program, which is followed by “/ V”. Then you should check the actual location of the file on the disk and, you can change the path in the Windows registry. Before you edit it, you should make the backup of the registry.
